Due to the nature of our industry and the need to keep our inventory and facility free from outside contamination, all sales are FINAL. Products and equipment are stored, packaged, and shipped from a temperature-controlled facility and fully inspected prior to shipping.

Please be aware that pigments shipped during periods of extreme heat or cold are risk damage due to pressure changes. We strongly advise purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
